  4. Use the portal dispute flow and write a short, factual explanation of what is wrong and what correction you want.
  5. Save proof of submission and the date. Track the reinvestigation window and the final response.

What counts as a strong Checkr dispute

  • Wrong person or mixed-file match.
  • Incorrect charge, degree, date, county, or disposition.
